  1. You do have a wonderful way to remind us how much we have in our own world that we might should appreciate more than we do. Thank you, as always!

  2. Something you dont see in the western world. What a fine entry.

  3. The truck doesn't look all that comfortable but if you're really tired you can sleep just about anywhere!

  6. It doesn't look all the comfortable to me, either, but I guess when you're tired the cardboard works fine as a bed.

  10. that was a good one... Indian roads have so much to offer. The TATA on the back of the truck made me smile with Pride :-)

  16. It really is a strange sight to my Western eyes. Nice observation.

  17. I always smile when I see the TATA on a vehicle too, but for a different reason than Priyanka. Here in the States, "tata" means something much... "softer" than a truck! ;)

And while it may not look all that comfortable, I know for a fact that if you're tired enough you really can sleep anywhere. If I were him I'd be much more worried about bouncing out the back than anything else!

    Great catch!

  18. I'm still chuckling over Mojo's comment above...funny!

He looks comfortable even though it couldn't possibly be comfortable. What a great shot of your world!

  19. Living in Jamaica it's not uncommon to see people riding in trucks, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone sleeping while doing it. Great Pic and Happy New Year.

  23. If I were driving behind I'd worry about him falling off the lorry..he must be really tired to sleep up there.

  24. I almost didn't notice him up there!!
Well, hopefully he's hanging on tight!
    Good capture!
