  4. I looooove Indian rotis/breads... my absolute favorite is chapati but I love nans too! Also, do papadoms count as bread? If so, count those in among my favorites too! :)

      See the curves in the dough...also the dough looks more of maida flour than wheat flour.

  15. It looks like parottas to me....Not the North Indian Parathas, Parottas are a sort of layered bread made in Southern India...
