I'm not sure "warm" is nearly the word I'd use for it. My marathon-running friend JC say you dress for 20 degrees warmer than whatever the temperature actually is.
I'm not sure I could take off enough clothes to dress for 20 degrees warmer than Mumbai!
I'm wondering how they breathe with the pollution :)
