Each to their own, although it is not a name i would choose as it already has a very distinct identity and association with a brand . . .maybe they just liked the name,thought people would think of the Rolex brand name, and think that the restaurant is also powerful in its presentation and delivery of food, high end service etc . . . Or thought RR was catchy, who knows . . .hope it does well.
...I wonder if they have authorization to use the name and logo.
