The new bridge connecting the Santacruz Railway Station to Vakola. People still prefer to walk on the street below where they can shop on the way home!
hi deepak!! that pic is awesome....and right now, all empty and clean, it looks like a visual treat, and to walk over...but if you ask me, the temptations offered below in the market, can still lure me!!!!
Waste of money. Waste of metal. Waste of time. Waste of effort.
The one at Bandra is sharing the same fate. I am just glas they are not destroying Bandra west by putting that ridiculous transit access as the area will be too crowded, too dirty, too chaotic- and God knows what kind of people live in such areas and what nuisance they will bring.
If you think that the way I think is wrong, I am sorry but I am used to my way of life and so are many. There are people who are living in such comfort since the 60s and those who have spend crores of rupees during the 90s and the past decade so that they can have a secure/peaceful life between Bandra-to-Andheri West.
"People still prefer to walk on the street below where they can shop on the way home! " People will always prefer that as it also doesn't involving moving their buts to the top by climbing stairs. Lazy like me. ;)
