MyWorld

Fruit picking during the weekend in Bandra (East), a prime suburb of Mumbai. In the pic on the left spot the boy who has climbed the tree to pluck the juicy Jambul also know as Jamun. Bunches of Jambul can be seen in the pic on the right. The Jambul resembles a large berry and is oblong and ovoid. It is green when just appearing, pink as it matures, and shining crimson black when fully ripe.

  3. One of my most favorite fruit -they do look plump and juicy ,i don't blame the boy .At first glimpse i thought it was a big bird.

  16. I would never have climed a tree for anything... well I did climb some. My nephew is the one that likes to climb trees.
