Thursday Challenge - food

This is 'Misal' (mixture), a very popular Maharashtrian snack in Mumbai. A mix of crunchy savories called 'farsan' dunked in a spicy gravy of mixed 'dals'(pulses), garnished with diced onions and coriander. Can be eaten by itself or bread.
