Till about five years back, this part of Mumbai did not boast of skyscrapers. But now, there seems to be a competition on whose building is taller! The skyline indeed has changed.

Catholic church in Bandra, Mumbai. It was built in 1894 by Jesuit Missionaries.
As the catholic population in Bandra increased in the latter half of the 20th
century, a new modern structure was constructed in its place. The new church
was blessed and inaugurated on 11 February 1981 by Archbishop Simon Pimenta,
Archbishop of Bombay.

A police patrol vehicle on Carter Road, Bandra. This is a very popular area with a promenade by the sea where lot of people come for their walks. It was one of the favoured areas for the celebrities to own houses.
