Interesting picture. In Jakarta there's a place almost exactly like that, called Pasar Rumput.
It looks like they have any sort of shoe you could want!
:) That must be very convenient after lots of walking around.
this must be the biggest array of shoes i've ever seen
There does seem to be a dizzying amount of choice there in shoe-wear.
One can even pick up some footwear if need be after walking around the market outside the Vile Parle (east) railway station.
