My World Tuesday - Marine Drive

Marine Drive also known as Queen's necklace in Mumbai. Now we have sodium vapor lamps due to which they look yellow. Earlier when we had the white lights they looked like diamonds!

    Even with yellow lights, I can easily see why it would be called the Queen's Necklacke. It's pretty!

    Now that? Is beautiful! Whatever color the lights are. I think I recognize this from a scene in the movie Bas Ek Pal actually. In the early part of the film before Jimmy Shergill gets shot. I'm sure I've seen it in one movie or another at least. I don't imagine Bollywood could ignore a view like this forever!
