Dramatic is right! The silhouette against a huge sky... Awesome effect.
And I have no idea if the bell is ringable or not. I've never heard it rung, but that's not to say it couldn't be. However, if it's a faithful replica it hasn't been, since the original hasn't been struck in well over 200 years.
Very dreamy effect. The skies over Mumbai have been looking gorgeous the last few days, hasnt it? Whatever may be the scientific reason, I'm just thankful for it and am just enjoying it.
