    We have flocks of sparrows, etc, that roost in the trees down the end of our street.

    We also have pigeons that sit on the powerlines. You have to watch out bird poop bombs..

  12. I, too, have always loved the word muder for a group of crows. Collective nouns for animals in English are so great :) Nice photo :)

  13. I just saw on that list of collective nouns that they're also referred to as a "story-telling of crows" . Thats really appropriate! I can just imagine them dishing out all the scandals and gossip from all the buildings and gullies of Mumbai!
