Hey all you Guys who want to know whether it served the purpose .. well ... yes and no yes in the sense that some industries and offices did move there and residential blocks are springing up daily to accommodate all the overflow from Mumbai. So in a sense it has prevented Mumbai from collapsing but not decongested it!

Your shot reminds me of the perspective drawings my daughter had to do in art last year. I wish she had your shot to use as an example.
