At first sight, it looks like a building which could be found in many parts of the world . . . but the dome and the writing 'place it'. Interesting extensions to the upper floors too. I'm not sure they would look too good 'in real life' but, in a photo, they add to the interest when one looks around the image.

I was wondering abour the signs on the building first, but seeing this was from Mumbai I understood why I didn't understand them. :) An interesting building with lot of details to look at.
