A Buddhist temple dedicated to the Japan Buddha Vihara Temple Trust, built and run through the charities of Seth Raja Baldeodas Birla's family. This is in Worli, Mumbai.
I saw this temple not more than a month ago on a trip to Worli & was asking my mom whether non-Buddhists were allowed to enter. Any idea about that? Anyway, beautiful capture.
@Lazy Pineapple .. you are right but i would have been run over by traffic!! moreover it is not wider than shown in the pic, except for the compound wall. appreciate your suggestion. makes me feel good that my work is taken seriously. thank you
A beautiful post! Great details. I love the fact that you had to struggle to get the photo (saying that it is next to the main road) - you suffer for your art!
Wow, I love those details. Great one!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your support!

Does the trust have any connection to Birla Temple in Delhi? Just recognized the name is all.
ReplyDeleteYou know I love B&W, and it suits this subject very well. Love the tonality and perspective.
