    I remember going to Bandra in 1997 when I was staying at Sahar. I couldn't believe the caftans for $3US. The man took one look at me, however, and said, "Madam..you're jumbo. Caftans for you are $4.{ They were still a bargain!

    I would have guessed from the name that it was a food court or something where the weary shopper could get a bite and catch a breath.
