In Singapore, if you quick dash, know as Jay walking, they fine you.
Tonight it has been very wet and dark, I was sending my son to karate. There were quite a few quick dash people, and they were dressed in black, so dangerous.

Judging from the traffic, I suspect it had better be a really Quick dash! Great shot for the day, as always!
