    Your word, "contemplating," is very appropriate for a crow. They are very smart critters. I've seen them sit on a bicycle seat and unzip a leather bag to get at some potato chips. In fact, I have a photo of it somewhere...

    Had been missing these winged creatures in this cold climate...They are auspicious for Hindus...even though they are always portrayed as ominous in Movies.

    Beautiful photo! The crow seems to have a bluish tinge in its feathers! Ours are a very definite rich shiny black!
