Artificial lakes are a great idea.
ReplyDeleteFor the last 3 years, we have been immersing the Ganpati idol in a bucket outside our house. Since immersing the idol is Yamuna is no longer a viable option for us. We find immersing the idol in a bucket of fresh water to be the best possible eco-friendly option. :-)
