    I just love flamingoes. It's interesting how much they vary in color from place to place. Must be what they eat in different locales.

    I remember the Holi festival in Bangalore from my trip there in February 2009! Some kids on motorbikes threw pink Holi power on me - I felt like part of the fun!

    Wonderful birds. They've always fascinated me. I remember seeing dozens of them in the bird park in Singapore.

    I know what flamingo means, but not "Sewri" or "Holi".

    Sewri must be a place. Aha! And "Holi" is where the word, holiday, comes from. But how do flamingos "play" holi.

    I think I'm going to have to take a nap. :-)
