    A lovely shot, ME! I wonder what the difference is between your reef heron and our blue heron? They look quite similar.

    Sir, how and when did you visit Sewri mudflats? I have been planning to visit Sewri with a frn, but someone told that it's illegal to hire a boat and do photography or so...is it?

      You cannot hire a boat since the past 2years due security reasons. But even without hiring a boat you can get good sightings/pictures from the jetty at Sewri. For detailed instructions on how to get there click on http://bit.ly/zX4mjj
      Best time to go is around 3 hours before high tide.
