DeleteIt must be difficult to dance with all those bells on her ankles.
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the theme! And my hat's off to the dancers for simply lifting their feet.

DeleteJust walking around and they are tuneful.
ReplyDeleteI can't help but succumb to the verbosity of verbiage in praising such sumptuous resplendence of imagery!!! Simply Majestic :-)
ReplyDeleteWow! Thank you Murtaza!
DeleteThis is once dance form that I've always been fascinated with...and well Indian dances especially Kathak have Ghungroos weighing roughly 5+ kgs. Even in our Odissi dance, we have to wear such heavy Ghungroos and there is a reason for it. The heavier the ghungroo is, the better is the effect of the steps performed. Kind of like weight training I guess!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing details & colors.
ReplyDeleteThank you Indu
DeleteWhoa dancing with so much weight would be such a pain nevertheless they have championed the art. Great one :)
