    I looooove Indian rotis/breads... my absolute favorite is chapati but I love nans too! Also, do papadoms count as bread? If so, count those in among my favorites too! :)

      He seems to be making lachcha parathas too...

      See the curves in the dough...also the dough looks more of maida flour than wheat flour.

    It looks like parottas to me....Not the North Indian Parathas, Parottas are a sort of layered bread made in Southern India...
