A huge Urn chained to the tree outside Horniman circle.
P.S. This is a relic from the pre Independence days when people used to move around on horse carriages in British India. A Parsee nobleman, in 1873, had set up a drinking water fountain and a well from which water would be drawn for the horses. There are the remains of a water trough in the foreground.
