A hot summer day, freshly caned juice, few drops of ice.. Gosh it does bring back so many memories. I wonder why so many of these professions are fading away so easily. It was such a delight watching them at work..
I've never heard of sugarcane juice. I remember years ago in Arizona we'd suck on sugarcane sticks. Wouldn't sugarcane juice be too sweet? But it sounds like a favorite from the comments. Interesting!
