Mumbai winter

The temperature in Mumbai dropped to 11c, a record for Mumbai. It prompted these guys living in the Municipal godown in Bandra east to burn up waste to keep warm.

    It's sad. But why not put on a jacket/jumper as support (stupid question, I guess).
