The guys on the cycles are knife/blade sharpeners. You can get your knives or blades honed by them for a small price rather than buying new ones. A form of recycling. Very few of them in business today.
Hari Om In my childhood, I recall the 'sharpman' with his bike doing the rounds (UK); he not only sharpened knives and scissors, but could turn his hand to mending shoes and patching pans! Long gone here, glad to see something survives in India. YAM xx K=Kali Yuga
