Here masks are not mandatory in some places. Those who don´t wear one... I think they feel like ... I don´t even wanna say it. What I hope for is: Distance. Please, always. Long before COVID I hated people in my neck, and this Pandemie really helped keeping strangers at bay. COVID will be with us forever, it always was, if in a milder form. And who knows what´s next? Wash your hands... right? Old rule still sticks ;-)
