Very beautiful.Yet, I am glad we live first floor. If our balcony crashes we at least have a chance to survive that... But this is much more beautiful than our house!

Looks like a pigeon loft to me but it looks nice although the construction is a bit of a mishmash.

At one point, I'm sure everybody around there wanted a balcony like that. I wonder what views you could get, from there. :)
