Here it is not allowed to feed them, it´s the other way round, the city tries to get rid of them. They attack people and are known as "flying rats" here for a reason... But rich kids throw MCDonald´s and whatever rests of food to the ground, so... (call me old, but as a kid I had no money for that! I made myself a sandwich at home!)
