Asian Heart Institute, is a cardiac care hospital, established in 2002, located in the western suburb of Bandra, at the Bandra-Kurla Complex, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It has pioneered the treatment of complex heart surgeries, arterial graft & beating heart surgery in India.

Areca nut

The areca nut is the seed of the areca palm, which grows in much of the tropical Pacific (Melanesia and Micronesia), Southeast and South Asia, and parts of east Africa. It is commonly referred to as betel nut. The term areca originated from the Malayalam word aṭaykka and dates back to the 16th century when Dutch and Portuguese sailors took the nut from Kerala to Europe. Sticky

Jackfruit with its seeds on the side. Jackfruit is sticky but yummy. The seeds are dried and used in curries.

The jackfruit is a species of tree in the fig, mulberry, and breadfruit family. Its origin is in the region between the Western Ghats of southern India, all of Sri Lanka and the rainforests of Malaysia.
