Hotel Taj up close. Even the pigeons seem to love the service and the ambience here. Cliick on the picture to see it in its original size and see the birds too.
Many congratulations! I somehow missed the post where you mentioned being featured in the HT - will go back and look for it now - so didn't get to wish you sooner!
When I visited many years ago, relatives of one of my students brought me to their home and then took me out to eat at the Taj Hotel. It was a memorable experience. They also told me the story of the architect's error, who then committed suicide. Accurate or an urban legend??

ReplyDeleteIt looks like a very luxurious hotel! Great angle. Love it. Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteThat's really impressive - you get a sense of the scale and size of the building even though it's only a portion of the building.
ReplyDeleteImpressive building. It looks like the pigeons are making it their hotel roost!
ReplyDeleteil est impressionnant et très beau cet immeuble.
ReplyDeleteit is impressive and beautiful this building.
That's amazing - there don't seem to be any anti-pigeon measures either. I wonder if they are closely related to a blogging pigeon I know.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the guests have plenty of opportunities to listen to those pigeons whether they want to or not...
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment.
ReplyDeleteNice building. Taj is a Persian word too. I know it means crown.
