In India, red powder called Gulal is flung into the air during prcessions to mark celebrations. Red is the color of festivity, vibrancy, energy and love.
Beautiful shot! This is a time of year over here when we get a short blast of fall color and then have sort of a monochrome winter. In my mind I think of your part of the world enjoying color all the time, but perhaps that's just my imagination.
