The famous Alphonso mango, popularly known as Hapoos, cut and diced, ready to eat. Actually it is best eaten whole, skinning it with one's teeth and then biting into the delicious sweet flesh with its juice streaming down to the elbow, finishing it off by sucking on the seed, not a bit of flesh left behind. It's an art!
