A skywalk being constructed from the Bandra railway station in the east to the Bandra Kurla Complex. This is to ease the pedestrians' tensions of being runover on the street below.

Lord of the Bells!

Ghanteshwar or Lord of the Bells, is the temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman (monkey God). This is in Khar, a suburb of Mumbai. Devotees donate a bell to the temple as and when their wishes are fulfilled. Looking at the number of bells it surely seems like a lot of people have had their wishes granted by praying here! From tomorrow we will see the temple and its bells from many different angles and closeups too.

Captain

The Captain of our boat steering us back to Mumbai mainland. Thank you folks for coming along on a trip to Elephanta Caves. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!

Having seen the Elephanta caves we now return to the jetty to take our boat back to the mainland. On the way are these wonderful mangroves.
