This year we got the eco friendly 'Tree Ganesha' home for the festival. Once done the idol disintegrates in the soil in a flower pot and saplings sprout up leaving you with a lasting memory of the Ganesha festival that commenced yesterday and will go on for 11 days.

Babulnath temple

The Babulnath temple in Mumbai dates back to 1890. It is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located on a small hillock near Girgaum chowpatty.

Our eco friendly Green Ganesha moulded from Shadu clay, all decked up for the festivities. The idol will be immersed in a bucket at home and not in the sea/creek/river. Our tiny contribution to a greener earth.
